Your bonus sits on top of a strong base with zero negative accrual. You'll never owe us money for a slow week. Home every night. Our hours are Mon-Fri 2-10 PM and Sat-Sun 10 AM-8 PM. You finish your shift, you go home. High support, low chaos. You'll be surrounded by a strong veterinary support team every shift. You practice medicine. Your team handles the rest. Modern hospital, zero paper. Cloud-based EMR, in-house Idexx labs, digital radiography, ultrasound. The tools work and the workflow is clean. What you'll do Ruby fills the gap between primary care and the ER. Clients come to us with acute presentations: GI upset, lacerations, toxin ingestion, ear and eye emergencies, foreign bodies, allergic reactions, and similar urgent cases. You'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat same-day. Cases that need overnight care or surgery get stabilized and transferred with full records. You won't be managing chronic wellness cases or doing routine spays and dentals. Every shift is clinical problem-solving with real acuity, supported by a team that knows what they're doing. You'll also coordinate closely with referring primary care veterinarians, so your patients get seamless continuity after they leave. What we're looking for DVM from an accredited veterinary school or equivalent degree Active Georgia veterinary license Active DEA license Urgent care or emergency experience preferred, but strong GP clinicians with solid triage instincts and a desire to grow into urgent care are welcome Comfortable working independently and making decisions under time pressure Clear, empathetic communicator with clients and colleagues Available for evening and weekend shifts (full-time or part-time) Full benefits package $125,000-$150,000 base salary (experience-dependent) plus production bonus with zero negative accrual Ruby Veterinary Equity & Profit-Sharing Program (zero buy-in) Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-sponsored 401(k) PTO plus dedicated mental health and sick days CE allowance License and professional membership fee support Generous employee pet discount About Ruby Veterinary Urgent Care Ruby is a purpose-built urgent care hospital at 10710 State Bridge Road in Johns Creek, serving the North Fulton corridor including Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Milton, Suwanee, and Peachtree Corners.
