• Chicagoland Thrive Arlington Heights is seeking a confident, experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

We're looking for a small animal veterinarian with experience in general practice, preventive care, and primary care surgery to serve our diverse Chicagoland client base. You're comfortable managing wellness, preventive care, and sick/urgent cases independently and bring strong clinical judgment to each appointment. It's preferred if you are confident performing primary care procedures, while also recognizing the value of collaboration and support. You enjoy mentoring others, utilizing your team effectively, and contributing to a positive, efficient workflow.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $120,000 to $160,000/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
