This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys building client relationships, practicing high-quality medicine, and managing a full range of appointments — while also being comfortable performing routine surgeries and dentistry as part of comprehensive patient care. Position Overview Our associates enjoy a balanced caseload that includes: Preventive and wellness care Sick and internal medicine appointments Advanced diagnostics and case workups Routine surgery and dentistry We are seeking a doctor who feels confident providing both outpatient care and surgical treatment when needed. Surgery & Dentistry Expectations While this is a full-scope associate role, comfort with common procedures is important, including: Spays and neuters Mass removals and cystotomies Surgical dentistry with extractions Other routine soft tissue surgeries There is opportunity to expand surgical and dental skills further, supported by an experienced team and collaborative doctors. Modern Equipment & Strong Support Staff Our hospital is fully equipped with: Digital radiography CO₂ surgical laser Full in-house laboratory Electronic medical records with Avimark integration Reference lab partnerships (University of Illinois, Idexx, Antech, and others) Our skilled support staff and positive culture allow our doctors to focus on practicing excellent medicine efficiently and confidently. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Associates work an average of 36 hours per week , Monday through Friday .
