We are a well-established, six-doctor small animal and exotics practice now practicing in a newly constructed, modern facility designed to support efficient workflows, advanced medicine, and an exceptional client and team experience. For more than 45 years, we have upheld the highest standards of care while continually investing in our hospital, equipment, and team. About Our Practice & Facility Our brand-new, updated hospital was thoughtfully designed with both patients and team members in mind. The space allows for improved workflow, modern surgical and dental suites, upgraded technology, and a comfortable environment for clients and staff.
We provide comprehensive care for:
Small Animals (Canine & Feline) Exotic Pets (Birds, Reptiles, Pocket Pets) Our hospital is fully equipped with: Digital Radiography Digital Dental Radiography Dedicated Surgical Suite with Digital X-Ray Viewer Aloka Alpha 6 Ultrasound In-House Idexx Catalyst, ProCyte, and Snapshot DX Labs Radiographic consultation services Modern dental suite with high-speed drill and ultrasonic scaler Tonopen Separate canine and feline waiting areas Computer access in every exam room Our experienced support team allows our veterinarians to focus on practicing high-quality medicine while maintaining efficiency and balance throughout the day. Responsibilities Build strong client relationships through effective communication and compassionate care Perform physical exams, diagnostics, and medical, surgical, and dental procedures Develop and discuss treatment plans, preventive care strategies, and nutritional guidance Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with the medical team to uphold high standards of care Support and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants Represent the hospital professionally within the community Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) Graduate of an AVMA-accredited program or successful completion of ECFVG or PAVE certification Eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana Commitment to high-quality medicine and ethical veterinary practice About Elkhart, Indiana Elkhart offers the charm of a welcoming Midwest community with convenient access to larger metropolitan amenities.
