Hiring - Ambulatory Equine Veterinarian Join a thriving, privately owned equine practice in the heart of Kentucky's horse country. Lexington Equine Medical Group is seeking an Ambulatory Equine Veterinarian to join our growing team. With 13 experienced veterinarians and a reputation for exceptional client service, we offer the resources of a large practice while maintaining the close-knit, family-oriented culture of a private practice. About Our Practice We are a fully ambulatory equine practice providing comprehensive medical care to a diverse equine population, including: Performance horses Broodmares and foals Companion horses Pleasure horses Everything in between Our doctors work together to provide individualized, high-quality care while fostering a supportive team environment. Collaboration, mentorship, and excellent customer service are at the core of everything we do. What You'll Do Provide ambulatory medical care and preventative services throughout Central Kentucky. Develop lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service. Collaborate with a team of experienced veterinarians on challenging and rewarding cases. Participate in a shared, equitable on-call rotation providing 24/7 emergency coverage for our clients. While we maintain an active elective surgery caseload through our affiliated surgery center, emergency surgical cases are referred to nearby specialty hospitals, allowing our ambulatory veterinarians to focus on the cases they do best.
