Veterinarian

Join our growing, well-established veterinary team in the scenic Berkshires. We are a privately owned and operated practice, currently staffed with four veterinarians and twelve support staff, committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Over recent years, we have expanded our services to include integrative medicine alongside conventional veterinary practices. Our newly renovated facility includes state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated exam rooms for integrative therapies. We are looking to add an additional veterinarian to our team starting in December or January. This new position can be tailored to a great candidate to fit their current goals or needs. We believe in a work-life balance that you are in control of , which ranges from 15-30 hours per week Supportive, collaborative environment—mentorship if desired Modern facility with new surgical, dental, and integrative exam rooms Opportunity for professional growth and expanding integrative medicine services Job Responsibilities Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in small animals Perform surgeries and dental procedures if desired Use digital imaging and laser therapy in treatment plans Integrate holistic/alternative modalities when appropriate by referring to one of your colleagues in the practice (nutrition, acupuncture, herbal, etc., if interested) Communicate clearly with pet owners about diagnosis, treatment options, cost, and follow-up Work alongside a skilled support staff (technicians, assistants) to ensure top-quality patient care Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with veterinary regulations
