We are dedicated to providing high-quality medical care for pets in need of immediate attention. Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and exceptional client communication. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Urgent Care Veterinarian to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys handling a variety of medical cases without the overnight responsibilities of emergency practice. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat urgent care cases (non-life-threatening emergencies) Perform diagnostics, develop treatment plans, and communicate clearly with pet owners Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff Maintain accurate and thorough medical records Provide compassionate care to patients and clients Qualifications DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution Active veterinary license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain) Experience in emergency or urgent care preferred, but not required Strong decision-making and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary or hourly compensation Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Health, dental, and vision insurance CE allowance and professional development opportunities Paid time off Supportive, team-oriented work environment Bonus Points Our clinic has in house IDEXX blood machines, urine machine, INVUE. $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
