• $130,000 annually ProSal compensation model (20
• 22% production) Quarterly production payouts Opportunity for compensation review after 90 days Extra day pay available for additional shifts worked outside the regular schedule Paid Time Off & Flex Time DVMs begin with three weeks of PTO, accrued based on schedule factor Separate compensated Flex Time available for personal time, holidays, sick leave, vacation, or continuing education

Full-time DVMs:

6 days annually

Part-time DVMs:

2 days annually

Continuing Education Full-time DVMs:

$2,500 CE allowance annually

Part-time DVMs:
