Job Description
We are seeking a full-time or part-time associate veterinarian to join our team. We are a privately owned, progressive 5 doctor, well-established, small animal veterinary hospital located on the lake in Webster, MA. We are looking for a doctor who is passionate about medicine, surgery, patient care, client education and customer service. This individual should encompass our goal of providing the highest-quality and compassionate medical care to which our clientele have become accustomed. Our focus is on preventative medicine and client education and many of our quality staff members have been with the practice long term. We have digital radiography (including dental radiography,) ultrasound, a complete on-site diagnostic laboratory as well as K-laser and a fully stocked pharmacy. Scheduled appointments are set Monday to Saturday. Doctor schedules consist of a 3 or 4 day work week with one rotating Saturday morning per month and one evening shift per week. This includes no on call or after hours emergencies. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. As a private practice you will have the flexibility and freedom to practice good medicine as you see fit with out scripted corporate guidelines.
