This is an opportunity to build lasting relationships with pets and their families, providing continuity of care throughout every stage of a pet's life. From routine wellness visits and preventative care to diagnostics, surgery, and being a trusted source of support when concerns arise, the successful candidate will play a vital role in the community. The Opportunity The practice is a well-equipped general medicine facility focused on delivering high-quality primary care services, including routine examinations, vaccinations, diagnostic procedures, and surgical treatments. Supported by a skilled and dedicated team, the practice promotes an emotionally intelligent workplace culture that values collaboration, professional growth, and a healthy work-life balance. The clinic serves clients from Potomac, Bethesda, Rockville, Chevy Chase, and Washington, DC. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional medical and wellness care. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a dedication to building long-term client relationships are essential. Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree. Veterinary license in good standing for the state of employment prior to the start date. Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain DEA licensure.
