Others want to shape new clinicians and leave the specialty better than they found it. At Apex Vets, you choose your path. Path 1: Restorative ER Track For experienced ER doctors who want time back without leaving emergency medicine. Overnight ER role Work 9 months / take 3 months paid off every year (large chunk or throughout) Full technician support No non-competes Path 2: Mentor-Leader Track For experienced ER doctors who want to teach and shape the next generation.
