We are a busy general practice with diverse, engaging medicine that keeps skills sharp and days rewarding, including: ✔ Comprehensive general practice and preventive care ✔ A busy soft-tissue surgery schedule ✔ Active involvement in shelter medicine as Veterinarian of Record for the local shelter ✔ Select exotic animal cases for added clinical variety ✔ Strong anesthesia, monitoring, and patient safety protocols You will build long-term relationships with clients, follow cases, and practice medicine with intention - not rush through appointments or feel pressured by non-medical decision-makers. Base salary:

Doctor-Driven Scheduling - Built as a True Partnership At our Hospital, scheduling is not something that is handed down to doctors - it is built in partnership between the doctors and the practice manager , with the shared goal of supporting both excellent patient care and a full personal life. • Open communication and real flexibility when life happens Doctors formally review and provide input on their schedules every 6 weeks, and schedules are built in 90-day cycles.
