The hospital offers a comprehensive range of services, including: Preventative and wellness care Dentistry Ultrasonography In-house diagnostics and digital radiology You'll also be supported by an exceptional 2.5:1 veterinary technician-to-doctor ratio, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care. What You'll Be Doing Provide high-quality, individualized care to pets and their families Manage a varied small animal caseload including consultations, diagnostics, and surgery Build strong client relationships through compassionate communication Collaborate with a positive, respectful, and fun veterinary team Contribute to a welcoming and supportive hospital culture
Schedule & Work-Life Balance Hours of Operation MondayFriday:
7:30 AM 5:30 PM Additional schedule highlights include: Full-time (4-day work week) or part-time options available Flexible scheduling within hospital operating hours No after-hours or on-call duties Our client strongly values work-life balance and ensures you have the support and schedule needed to thrive both professionally and personally. About the Hospital Established 3-doctor small animal hospital Experienced and collaborative veterinary team Loyal and well-established client base Strong surgical and medical caseload from day one Modern equipment and excellent clinical support staff Positive and team-oriented workplace culture Compensation & Benefits $100,000$135,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) 20% ProSal with no negative accrual 3 weeks PTO plus paid public holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid licensing, professional dues, and CE allowance Support for clinical interests and continued professional development Mentorship from an experienced and collaborative 3-doctor team Who We're Looking For DVM or equivalent degree with active (or eligible) Mississippi veterinary license Passion for providing compassionate, personalized veterinary care Strong communication and teamwork skills Interest in practicing high-quality small animal medicine and surgery Why Brandon, Mississippi?
