Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Veterinarian Receptionist to join our veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for animal care, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming environment while coordinating appointments, handling medical collections, and supporting veterinary staff with administrative tasks. Your role is vital in creating a positive experience for pet owners and maintaining smooth clinic operations. Duties Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere. Schedule appointments accurately, managing the clinic's calendar to optimize workflow and client conven Maintain thorough records of patient visits, treatments, and medical history in compliance with confidentiality stand Manage inventory of pet care products, veterinary supplies, and laboratory materials to ensure availability for daily operations. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding treatment plans, medication instructions, and follow-up care using veterinary terminology accessible to clien Qualifications Prior experience in veterinary reception or administrative roles within animal healthcare settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and basic medical procedures enhances effectiveness . Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients, veterinary staff, and supplies.
