Blue Flint Animal Hospital is in search of an Associate Veterinarian to join our team! We are a privately owned, three Doctor, AAHA accredited practice serving Asheboro and surrounding communities in central North Carolina since 2000! At Blue Flint Animal Hospital we offer preventive and routine care for small animals as well as the occasional exotic and pocket pet! Our facility is equipped with the newest ultrasonography and cautery equipment in addition to x-ray, dental and cold laser. We have the latest in IDEXX in-house laboratory equipment and have recently added an Imagyst to our diagnostics! We also provide our patients with routine surgeries such as spay or neuter as well as the occasional splenectomy, c-section and foreign body removal. Blue Flint Animal Hospital is dedicated to its patients, clients and staff. We provide quality medicine to our patients and excellent customer service to our clients all while providing our staff with a supportive and encouraging environment. Our team works hard and we play hard too! Together we participate in quarterly team outings such as zip lining, laser tag, skeet shooting etc! Located in the heart of North Carolina, Blue Flint Animal Hospital is located just five miles from the North Carolina Zoo! Downtown Asheboro is minutes away and filled with lovely shops and the best local restaurants! Requirements:

Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine Currently hold a license to practice in the State of North Carolina, license must be in good standing. As an associate veterinarian at Blue Flint Animal Hospital you would be asked to; Provide compassionate and quality care to patients by performing thorough examinations, interpreting diagnostics and performing procedures as necessary for the treatment of the patient. Provide excellent client service by educating clients on the importance of preventive medicine, nutrition and overall health of their pets. Encourage teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
