A privately owned, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Small Animal Veterinarian to join its established clinical team. This modern multi-doctor hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology and supported by an experienced veterinary and technical team. The hospital has built a strong reputation for high-quality patient care and offers a collaborative working environment with a strong emphasis on work/life balance. About the Hospital Privately owned 7-doctor hospital Brand-new purpose-built facility Equipped with ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, cryotherapy, and laser therapy AAHA accredited practice 5:1 support staff ratio for doctors Role Highlights 3.5-day working week on average 2-hour scheduled lunch break each day Opportunity to perform surgery up to 2 days per week depending on interests Supportive and collaborative team culture Access to modern diagnostic and treatment equipment Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $200,000 plus production bonuses 3 weeks PTO $2,000 CE allowance annually License and DEA fees covered Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
