We're Montgomery Animal Clinic , a part of the Legacy Veterinary Group of the Carolinas, and we're hiring a licensed professional to join our Troy, NC practice full-time . In this role, you'll do so much more than deliver pet care treatments; you'll collaborate with a driven team, utilize cutting-edge technology, and set out on a clear path to practice ownership! If you're interested in growing alongside a mission-driven organization, you'll receive: $150,000
  • $225,000/year Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Health, dental, and vision allowance 401(k) with 3% company match Generous PTO Paid parental leave (4 weeks per pregnancy) Veterinary care allowance for personal pets Continuing education ($5,000 annually and 5 Paid CE days) Paid professional licenses and memberships (NCVMA, AVMA, DEA, PLIT, NC Privilege License, and NCVMB Plus, with no weekends or on-call , your work-life balance will be respected!
