You'll be welcomed—not just tolerated. Each hospital is powered by three integrated teams—the Customer Experience Team (CET), Technicians (TT), and Veterinary Assistants (VA)—all working in sync to make sure every appointment runs smoothly and every patient gets top-notch care. You step in, you do the medicine, and the team handles the rest.
