What you need to excel at BluePearl DVM/VMD degree required. Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required. Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
