My wife and I are both veterinarians that work everyday in our practice and allow our team to help with the day to day operations and decisions. You'd be part of the decision-making process as a veterinarian and help us direct the medical decisions. Our techs are really, really good
  • they do all the work that a tech should do and let us be vets. I know most places say they do this...but this is actually the case at Marsh, no joke. Also, you're not alone
  • we collaborate as a medical team on cases and get a group consensus for best practices. Here's what you get: A really nice place to work
  • just renovated the whole practice!
5 exam rooms, full surgery suite, treatment room, break room, doctor office. Very Competitive base+ production with no negative accrual (you will make more $$ here than most places) 70% of your health insurance Mentorship in medicine and business acumen from our group of tenured veterinarians Real input into hospital decisions Strong technician team to perform blood draws, place catheters, take rads, etc. Generous PTO, CE, and benefits 30 min appointments, 60 minutes for puppies and new clients. A team that has your back — seriously. Open to equity options for the right individual-if you're curious about owning one day. Duties Be a strong, confident, complete vet that gets along with people, has a good sense of humor, and isn't afraid to work things up.
Do all the veterinary skills:
like dermatology, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, and whatever else you want to learn Be an excellent communicator with both the clients and the team. Handle animals safely using safe-handling, low impact techniques. Requirements Valid veterinary license in good standing to practice veterinary medicine. Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining compassionate patient care. Excellent communication skills for explaining complex medical information clearly to pet owners. Maintain good sense of humor. Seriously, this place kicks ass.
