In this role, you will deliver exceptional body waxing treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. Your expertise in skincare and hair removal will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills while providing personalized consultations and building lasting relationships with clients. As a licensed professional, you will ensure all services are performed with the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and infection control. Responsibilities Perform full body waxing and other treatments with precision and care. Conduct skin analysis and provide personalized recommendations based on clients' skin types and concerns. Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff, adhering to all infection control guidelines. Assist clients with waxing services to meet their individual needs. Manage client records accurately using electronic systems and documenting if needed. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results. Promote retail sales of skincare products and esthetic tools to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge in this field. Prior experience in performing full body waxing preferred. Strong understanding of sanitation standards, infection control procedures, and safety protocols in a clinical or spa setting. Experience working with Vagaro systems for scheduling appintments is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
