This well-established hospital in Cincinnati, OH is dedicated to delivering high-quality veterinary medicine while building trusted relationships within the community. The practice is seeking either an experienced veterinarian or a new graduate who is passionate about collaborative medicine, professional growth, and providing exceptional patient care. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care including diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, wellness care, and treatment planning for small animals and exotic species. Responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, educating pet owners on treatment recommendations and preventative care, and collaborating closely with a supportive paraprofessional team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. The role offers the opportunity to work with advanced diagnostic tools and a varied caseload while practicing modern veterinary medicine within a collaborative and educational environment. Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Practice Details This AAHA-accredited hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology including in-house ultrasound, radiology, blood and laboratory testing, tonometry, laser therapy, anesthesia capabilities, and surgical facilities. Services offered include spay and neuter procedures, soft tissue surgery, mass removals, dental surgery, cystotomy procedures, radiographs, ultrasound diagnostics, and a full scope of general practice services. The hospital emphasizes workflow efficiency, professional development, collaborative consultations, and ongoing education to support high-quality patient care. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. Team The hospital currently has 4 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team. The culture is collaborative, educational, and focused on long-term professional growth while maintaining excellent patient and client care standards.
