Join a High-Energy, High-Growth Veterinary Team in Northeast Cincinnati! [1] Mason Family Pet Hospital is thrilled to welcome a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to our expanding team! Whether you're a new graduate, a pocket-pet or exotics enthusiast, or a dedicated small animal clinician, this is your chance to join a practice that truly celebrates your interests and supports your professional growth. We are a busy, well-respected 5-doctor hospital growing to add a 6th full-time veterinarian, allowing us to continue delivering exceptional care to our thriving patient community. Why Mason? With a talented team of 25 dedicated staff members — including 4 licensed RVTs — we work together to deliver compassionate, honest, gold standard veterinary care. Each doctor is supported by two assistants/RVTs during appointments and a two-tech surgery team (one RVT + one assistant) to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care. Who We're Looking For A veterinarian who is: Genuinely invested in pets and their people An excellent communicator Excited about collaboration and a supportive team culture Interested in exotics, pocket pets, rabbits, or reptiles (a plus, not a must!) Open to orthopedics? Even better — but also not required! If you love variety, enjoy mentorship or mentoring opportunities, and want to grow in a clinic where your interests are celebrated, this role is for you.•What We Offer Minimum $120,000 base salary (DOE) + production incentives. Exp. Doctors could see close to $200k annually. Generous CE allowance + dedicated CE time off Full suite of health, dental, vision & wellness benefits 401(k) with match A full-time schedule: 4 days per week with every 2nd-3rd Saturday rotation.
