Job Description

Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian
  • Northeast Ohio Family Companion Mobile Veterinary Care is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our privately owned mobile veterinary team serving Northeast Ohio.
This position is ideal for a veterinarian looking for a lower-stress, relationship-focused style of medicine with excellent work-life balance, predictable scheduling, and the ability to practice quality medicine without corporate pressure or production quotas. Why This Position Stands Out

  • Supportive, collaborative team environment Our mobile practice focuses primarily on wellness care, quality-of-life and end-of-life care, and minor illness appointments only. We are not a mobile emergency service. Most days average approximately 5 homes/cases per day, with occasional additional cases for multi-pet households. Scheduled hours include drive time between appointments. Schedule

  • Either 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM

  • $55,000 annual salary
  • DEA license reimbursement
  • Veterinary license reimbursement
  • $500 CE allowance annually Additional Opportunity If you currently work with a veterinary technician or assistant that you enjoy working alongside, we are open to discussing the possibility of hiring them to work with you on the mobile unit as part of the care team. Ideal Candidate
  • DVM or equivalent degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable performing examinations, treatments, and procedures in front of pet owners within the home environment
  • Comfortable working independently in a mobile setting
