Our doctors practice high-quality medicine while maintaining a sustainable schedule that supports both professional growth and personal life. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekend coverage, no on-call responsibilities, and flexibility to focus on appointments, surgery, or a mix of both based on your interests. We are affiliated with a large referral hospital and specialty network, providing support when needed, including the opportunity to perform surgeries through that partnership while maintaining continuity of care for your patients. Mentorship is available, and collaboration among doctors is a key part of our culture.
