Creekside Animal Clinic is a privately owned, six-doctor practice in Norton, Ohio focused on high-quality medicine, teamwork, and creating an environment where veterinarians feel supported throughout the day-to-day workflow of the practice. Our doctors work closely with experienced RVTs, assistants, and client service team members who help keep appointments and procedures runnign efficiently while allowing veterinarians to stay engaged in patient care. Leadership values communication and feedback, and doctors are encouraged to practice medicine confidently while continuing to grow professionally. This role offers a consistent schedule, no on-call responsibilities, a manageable caseload, and flexibility to focus on appointments, surgery, dentistry, or a mix based on your interest.
