Job DescriptionPosition Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our team. You will work collaboratively with our experienced doctors and support staff to provide high quality medical, surgical, and dental care for companion animals. You'll have access to modern equipment and a full suite of services, with opportunities to develop your interests, whether in general practice, surgery, dentistry, or rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical exams, diagnostics, treatment plans, surgery, and dental proceduresMentor and work with support staff and newer team membersProvide compassionate client education and communicationCollaborate on hospital initiatives for growth, quality of care, and client satisfactionQualificationsDVM or equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institutionLicensed (or eligible for licensure) in OklahomaStrong communication skills, client-service focusComfortable performing surgery and dentistry (or desire to build those skills)Interest in mentoring/supporting a team and helping drive practice growthEmpathetic, team-oriented attitude and desire to live in a community-focused practiceAdditional Information
