Compensation Competitive base salary:
$135,000-$175,000 , depending on experience and schedule Production-based earning opportunities Sign-on bonus Benefits 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off CE allowance plus paid CE days Medical, dental, and vision insurance Pet care discounts Four doctor coats provided annually Qualifications Required Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date Preferred Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine Strong communication and client relationship skills Collaborative, team-oriented approach to medicine Interest in exotics or pocket pet medicine Life in Cottage Grove, Oregon Nestled in the scenic Willamette Valley, Cottage Grove offers an exceptional quality of life with easy access to outdoor adventure and small-town charm.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
