Job Description

(DVM) Veterinary Internist - Springfield, OR A veterinary hospital is seeking a Veterinary Internist to join its collaborative specialty team. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex medical cases while working in a well-equipped, supportive environment alongside experienced clinicians. Responsibilities Diagnose and manage complex internal medicine cases Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Perform and interpret advanced diagnostic procedures Collaborate with other veterinarians and specialists to ensure high-quality patient care Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation Contribute to case discussions and ongoing clinical development Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution Active or eligible veterinary license Experience or strong interest in internal medicine Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
