Veterinarian Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $120,000-$140,000 per year Competitive base pay with internal tiered compensation system rewarding skill growth and outreach Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Continuing Education (CE) PTO and allowance Paid vacation time Professional dues and license fee coverage Opportunities for mentorship, skill development, and advancement Veterinarian Requirements & Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania

accreditation (or willingness to obtain) DEA license (or willingness to apply) Experience or strong interest in shelter medicine and high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter (HQHVSN) surgery Commitment to animal welfare mission and values Veterinarian Preferred Background & Skills Interest or experience in community outreach and humane investigations Experience mentoring veterinary staff, students, or volunteers Familiarity with digital radiography, in-house lab work, or modern shelter management software Veterinarian Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide medical and surgical care for shelter animals, public clinic patients, and wildlife Perform spay/neuter surgeries, dentistry, diagnostics, and HQHVSN procedures Develop and implement high-standard treatment protocols Mentor and support veterinary team members, students, and volunteers Participate in community programs, mobile clinics, and public outreach events Collaborate with external partners to improve overall animal care and outcomes If you're passionate about advancing animal welfare and want to make a tangible difference every day, consider joining a supportive team where your dedication is valued and rewarded.JOB ID :
