Job Description

BluePearl in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a full time, boarded Veterinarian - Surgeon or individuals who have completed surgery residency training to join our state of the art emergency and specialty pet hospital. We are a well-established 24/7 emergency hospital adding Full-Time Surgery, Critical Care and Internal Medicine Specialty services to our team. We proudly serve eastern and central Pennsylvania as well as the surrounding areas in Greater Philadelphia. The selected candidate will join our collaborative team in a newly constructed 12k square-foot facility with a brand new 128 slice CT machine. We are building our new facility focused as a VECCS Level 1 Certified Facility with state-of-the-art equipment and services. We are big hospital with a small hometown feel. Our team allows you the freedom to build your independence by creating personalized relationships with the primary and pet owning community while being part of a collaborative and supportive environment with a bustling case load. We are able to provide the opportunity for advancement and leadership opportunities as well as a strong mentorship program. Key Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in soft tissue and/or orthopedic surgical procedures Strong diagnostic, clinical, and surgical decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous learning Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree Board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Surgeon Eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in PA Excellent clinical, communication, and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary range + production potential Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and parental leave Continuing education allowance and access to BluePearl University Flexible scheduling and well-being support programs
