About BluePearl, Washington (South Hills): Comprehensive multi-specialty and referral hospital in Western Pennsylvania. 13,500 square-foot facility opened in 2017 and offers a variety of services including after-hours emergency medicine on evenings and weekends, and specialists in critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, ophthalmology, radiology, and surgery. Houses several advanced treatment and diagnostic services including an on-site 64 slice CT, 2 ultrasound machines, video endoscopy, digital radiography, and dedicated suites for endoscopy and ultrasound. DVM/VMD degree required. Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required. Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
