Aesthetic Doctor

PICO is a global provider of premium aesthetic medical treatments. After the success of our first two clinics in London and Milan, we have subsequently expanded into the U.S. having opened PICO New York in New York City and PICO Vancouver last three years. Our location is the PICO Beverly Hills. We have a fantastic opportunity for aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons, and dermatologists interested in practicing aesthetic medicine at our L.A. clinic. This position is for our L.A. clinic with potential opportunities to travel and work from any of our current and future international branches. We are looking for ambitious doctors who can deliver a high-quality service, understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and have high business ethics. We will be offering comprehensive training program and sponsor the right candidate to train in our London clinic. We are also growing our PICO Academy training in cooperation with major aesthetic medical suppliers, and this is an exciting opportunity for those interested in sharing their knowledge whilst being rewarded for it.

Job Duties:

Develop an appropriate treatment plan based on Client Consultations. Have an Excellent standard of Service and Maintains Protocols. Ensure the safety of clients at all times when performing treatments. Professional appearance reflecting the Industry. Administering injectable treatments for facial wrinkles and volumizing using dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Voluma, Botox, and other well-known products. Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client. Recommends various Spa treatments, Skin regimens based on Client Consultations.

• Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, standardised procedures, written and oral treatment protocols, and training
• Maintain accurate medical records, whether in electronic or hard copy format in accordance with our policies
• Offer clear and consistent documentation of all data related to patient care
• Keep up to date with developments in the field of aesthetic medicine, new techniques, treatments and products

Applicant Requirements:

• Board certified Family medicine physicians with special interest in non-surgical aesthetic treatments are also welcome
• California State Medical License
• Experienced in performing non-surgical aesthetic/cosmetic treatments (botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, facial injectable treatments, cosmetic skin treatments and non-surgical body contouring among others).
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills is a must
• Must be efficient/meticulous and have attention to details
• Must consistently interact in a manner that is friendly, supportive, respectful, and cooperative with co-workers and patients
• Evidence of wide knowledge base and competency in clinical practice
• Teaching and assessing skills in clinical practice preferable but not required
• Evidence of fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication.
