Veterinary Surgeon Small Animal Practice Newport Area, Wales A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive, independent small animal practice in the Newport area. This role has become available due to continued growth and expansion, including the development of new premises and services. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven vet who is looking not only for clinical variety, but also the chance to play a key role in shaping the future of a growing practice. There is genuine scope for involvement in decision-making and potential progression into a leadership or management position. Practice Facilities Independent, employee-owned small animal practice across two sites Ongoing investment in facilities, including new premises development Well-equipped with modern diagnostics including ultrasound, bronchoscopy, dental radiography, a dedicated dental suite, and multiple operating theatres Strong emphasis on high-quality clinical care and continuous improvement Supportive and collaborative team environment Key Skills, Qualifications and Requirements BVSc or equivalent qualification recognised in the UK RCVS registration (or eligibility) Minimum 12 years' experience in small animal practice (more experienced candidates welcomed) Ambitious, proactive, and interested in contributing to practice growth Confident with consultations and routine surgery Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach Why Apply?
