Schedule & Work-Life Balance 4-day work week No after-hours on-call No weekends All major holidays off Structured weekly schedule: 2 days appointments 1 day surgery 1 day urgent care This structure allows you to practice well-rounded medicine while maintaining predictable scheduling and personal time. Requirements Job Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school Eligible for (or currently holding) veterinary licensure in the state of South Carolina DEA license (or ability to obtain upon hire) Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine Strong communication skills with clients and team members Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented hospital culture Interest in practicing a mix of wellness, medical, surgical, and urgent care medicine Willingness to continue professional development through continuing education Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to excellent patient care
