We are a privately owned, veterinarian-founded company specializing exclusively in in-home euthanasia services throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.

provide families with exceptional end-of-life care during one of the most emotional moments of pet ownership. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Veterinarian (DVM) to join our team beginning in Fall 2026. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who values meaningful client connections, professional autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the ability to provide one of the most important services in veterinary medicine without the demands of a traditional clinic environment. You'll have the time, space, and support to deliver compassionate care without double-booked schedules, production quotas, or administrative burdens. At All Pets Go To Heaven, we handle the business side so you can focus on what matters most—your patients and their families.
We provide:

Compensation:
Pro-rated salary of $60,000 annually
Schedule:
Minimum of 3 days per week Typically 3-4 appointments per day Ability to choose your preferred working days and availability
Travel Requirements:
Must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes one-way for appointments
Additional Compensation & Support:
$5,000 annual gas and toll stipend (paid quarterly) Drug inventory provided Advertising support in your service area Reimbursement for approved business expenses upon receipt submission What You'll Do As an In-Home Euthanasia Veterinarian, you will: Provide compassionate end-of-life care for companion animals in their homes Guide families through the euthanasia process with empathy and professionalism Calculate and administer medications appropriately Maintain accurate medical records and consent documentation Maintain DEA-compliant controlled substance logs Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners Collaborate with our support team to ensure an exceptional client experience Qualifications We're looking for veterinarians who are not only clinically capable but who possess extraordinary compassion and emotional intelligence.
Required qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree Active Texas veterinary license Active Texas DEA registration Ability to order controlled substances through the company using your DEA license Reliable personal vehicle Ability to work independently and professionally Strong communication and client-relations skills Compassionate, empathetic, and emotionally mature demeanor Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Ability to comfortably work with patients on the floor or in home environments Cremation Partnership We proudly partner with Peaceful Pets Crematory in Grapevine, Texas, a trusted provider known for its compassionate aftercare services. Families receive personalized care, including hand-delivery of ashes, paw prints, and memorial keepsakes directly to their homes whenever possible. Transportation assistance for larger pets is also available during designated service hours.
