Job Description

Veterinarian Job Summary Well-established, privately owned small animal clinic seeking an enthusiastic associate veterinarian. The ideal candidate is motivated, innovative, compassionate, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Veterinary Practice Description Full-service small animal clinic located in Grandview, Texas, proudly serving the local community for over six years. The owner is a hands-on veterinarian with more than 20 years of general practice experience and a strong reputation for providing high-quality medicine at an exceptional value. Having been part of the community for more than two decades, the owner has built lasting relationships with clients based on trust, compassion, transparency, and hard work. The practice is known for its straightforward, client-focused approach that is highly valued by the community. White Oak Veterinary Clinic utilizes advanced technology, including digital medical records, digital radiography, ultrasound, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory. We offer comprehensive preventive care, diagnostic evaluations, hospitalization services, and both soft tissue and orthopedic surgical procedures. We are currently preparing to move into a newly constructed 5,000-square-foot freestanding facility conveniently located less than a quarter mile from Interstate 35. This exciting expansion offers tremendous opportunity for continued growth. There is currently ample caseload to support two to three doctors, with significant potential for further expansion as the surrounding area continues to grow. Veterinary Qualifications DVM or VMD Valid state license in good standing. Great communication skills. Ability to work in fast paced environment. New graduates welcome. Compensation Competitive base salary and monthly production bonus with no negative accrual.
