We are interested in finding the right person for our team - that could be a new graduate or a seasoned veteran; who you are is more important than what you've done. About the staff Our staff is our secret weapon. We ensure that you are able to practice the gold standard of medicine by fully leveraging our support staff to assist our DVMs. To avoid staff burnout and churn we offer above-average compensation and a high ratio of techs to vets-we hold on to our team with both hands whenever possible. About the clinic Our clinic was established in 1975 and has been and remains a vital part of the local community. We have a loyal client base drawn from the affluent, family-friendly neighborhood that surrounds and supports us. We work very hard to provide the gold standard of care to our patients, including the use of ultrasound, digital radiology, multi-modal anesthetic monitors, electronic recordkeeping, a dedicated surgery suite and cold laser therapy. But our small-but-mighty array of tools means nothing without skilled and compassionate hands to wield them. The Echo Lane Vibe Echo Lane Animal Clinic (ELAC) is a Memorial-area practice with a huge heart. We are dedicated to providing the best possible care to each and every patient and client we serve. We have built a core of talented professionals who function well in a mutually-supportive, team-focused environment who believe providing amazing medical care can be fun and rewarding. ELAC is woman-owned, women-run and non-corporate and we are looking for an additional person to join our team. We are a general-practice clinic, owned and operated by our medical director, Dr. Allison Dees, with a strong support staff, so you can focus on practicing medicine and refining your veterinary practice.
