Job Description

We are seeking an experienced 5th veterinarian to join our team who loves surgery and dentistry. We always have two doctors on shift at all times and looking to expand our team. Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus | Base Salary $130K-$160K | No Negative Accrual We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited Lake Olympia Animal Hospital in Missouri City, TX . Position Details Full-time schedule (36-40 hours/week) Rotating Saturdays with on-call weekends required Strong technician-to-doctor ratio Opportunities to explore special interests Hospital hours are Monday through Friday 7 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays 8 am to 12 pm
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive veterinary care to diverse animal patients Collaborate with a team of experienced veterinarians and veterinary technicians Engage in continuous education and development to stay updated with veterinary advancements Utilize advanced technology and equipment for diagnostics and treatment Participate in community outreach and client education initiatives
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution Current veterinary license in the state of Texas Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary :
$130,000-$160,000
Sign-On Bonus :
Up to $50,000
Production Bonus :
Monthly, with true no-negative accrual
