$140,000-$165,000 Base Salary | AAHA-Accredited Private Hospital | Mentorship Available | Excellent Work-Life Balance A well-established, AAHA-accredited private small animal hospital in Windcrest, Texas, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its highly supportive and collaborative team. The Opportunity Join a highly regarded AAHA-accredited hospital with an excellent reputation in the local community Open to veterinarians of all experience levels Structured mentorship and support available from experienced senior Doctors Collaborative, privately owned practice environment focused on delivering exceptional standards of patient care Strong emphasis on professional growth, teamwork, and work-life balance Production incentive available, designed to reward performance without creating pressure to upsell services to clients Advanced Equipment & Services The hospital offers a diverse and interesting caseload supported by modern equipment and advanced treatment options, including: Laser Surgery Mass Removal Procedures Cystotomy Laceration Repairs Exploratory Surgeries Fracture Repairs Therapeutic Laser Stance Analyzer Ultrasound Digital Radiography Water Treadmill Rehabilitation Acupuncture Schedule & Flexibility Doctors are generally scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:30pm Typically 4.5 working days per week Saturdays worked on a rotational basis Reduced or shorter working weeks can also be discussed for the right candidate Genuine flexibility available to support individual preferences and work-life balance Essential Applicant Attributes DVM degree with eligibility to practice Veterinary Medicine in Texas Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and client service Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $140,000-$165,000 (dependent upon experience) Performance-based production incentive Comprehensive benefits package Continuing education support Professional development opportunities Mentorship from experienced senior clinicians Flexible scheduling options Why This Role Stands Out This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinarian seeking a supportive, privately owned hospital where patient care always comes first.
