Up to $160,000 | Established 3+ DVM Team | Strong Community Practice | Chesapeake, Virginia A long-established small animal hospital in Chesapeake is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and collaborative clinical team. This is a strong opportunity for a veterinarian looking to work in a well-supported, community-rooted practice with a varied caseload, modern equipment, and a stable team environment. The hospital has been a trusted part of the local community since 1947 and is known for its commitment to high-quality, compassionate veterinary care. The caseload includes wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, supported by in-house diagnostic tools including imaging and laboratory equipment to support efficient and accurate case management. The team consists of experienced veterinarians, skilled technicians, and dedicated support staff who work closely together in a collaborative environment. There is a strong emphasis on continuity of care, client relationships, and maintaining high clinical standards while supporting a sustainable and structured workload.
