Our caseload includes small animal, food and production animal, and equine medicine, giving you the opportunity to build a well-rounded skill set or lean into your preferred areas of interest. We pride ourselves on being practical, collaborative, and supportive—just good medicine and teamwork.

Mixed Animal DVM Opportunity:

Our mixed animal DVMs will work 4 days a week, have their own vet truck with equipped vet body, and a supportive, well trained team to support them. Share on-call duties with other mixed animal DVM's in the practice. Salary, plus quarterly production bonuses, and retainer of emergency fees.

Small Animal DVM Opportunity:

A 4-day work week for a full time DVM, no on call duties and no weekends. Full support of a client focused team that prides itself on the connection with the clients and the community while providing high quality medicine. Salary, plus quarterly production bonuses. Requirements Responsibilities & Requirements Provide medical, surgical, and preventative care across a diverse caseload, with flexibility for mixed or small animal focus Build lasting relationships with clients who trust and value your expertise Collaborate with a skilled, down-to-earth team that supports one another Participate in a mix of in-clinic care and, if desired, farm calls or ambulatory services based on your interests and experience Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused culture that prioritizes quality medicine and teamwork DVM degree from a recognized university and license to practice veterinary medicine in Virginia More about BRAC We do not offer after-hours emergency services, but may hospitalize patients that may require evening or weekend checks by LVT or DVM Clinic closed for small animal services on the weekend Surgical Suite, in-house Idexx Laboratory, Digital Radiography, state of the art dental equipment, ultrasound and Class IV Therapeutic Laser Large Animal Haul-in facility on premises with head chute, working pen, and equine stocks.
