Up to $140,000 | Sign-on Bonus Available | AAHA Accredited | Strong Clinical Team | Newport News, Virginia A well-established AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Newport News is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is a strong opportunity for a veterinarian looking to work in a modern, well-equipped environment with strong support, a varied caseload, and a focus on high-quality, compassionate medicine. The hospital is known for combining advanced medical capability with a calm, fear-free approach to patient care. The caseload includes wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, supported by advanced in-house equipment including MRI, CT, digital radiography, ultrasound, and a fully equipped laboratory for efficient diagnostics and treatment planning. The team is made up of experienced veterinarians, skilled technicians, and dedicated support staff who work closely together in a collaborative environment. There is a strong focus on communication, case discussion, and maintaining high clinical standards while ensuring a sustainable and supportive workload for all clinicians.
