Our low turnover and 4:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio ensures you're never practicing alone! Licensed Veterinary Technicians, trained assistants, and a hands-on manager help keep your day efficient and focused. Supportive Clients & Balanced Caseload:
Our clients truly value your expertise, allowing you to practice medicine without constant pushback. The caseload is thoughtfully balanced , about 60% canine and 40% feline - with no exotics or pocket pets, so you can focus on delivering the best care to your patients. Anacortes, WA Anacortes, WA is a vibrant coastal town nestled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, offering breathtaking waterfront views, miles of hiking and biking trails, and quick access to the San Juan Islands. With its charming downtown and nearly year-round community festivals, it's a place where small-town warmth meets rich cultural experiences. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary of $115k - $140k paid on 21% production (no negative accrual!)
