We have an amazing team of talented staff, incredible staff retention, and are looking to expand our specialty team and add a second surgeon. We currently have Critical Care, Surgery, Medical Oncology, Internal Medicine with local support for histopathology, radiology/ultrasound, and cardiology. We occupy a 21,000 sq/ft single story building and have a new Toshiba 128-slice CT scan. We have both a dedicated soft tissue and orthopedic surgery suites, and amazing technicians with excellent anesthesia skills ready to staff an efficient and busy surgery service. Our ER team is also composed of all cutting ER doctors, which means our surgeon will have minimal on-call responsibilities. Second Board Certified Surgeon wanted at Timberline Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Board Certified Surgeon who wants to help expand our Surgery service at TVES. This role involves participating in hospital rounds, managing a combination of scheduled and hospitalized patients in need of DACVS intervention, and working collaboratively with our referring veterinarians and the TVES team to provide exceptional veterinary medicine. We are looking for an individual who loves to learn and is constantly challenging and changing practices based on new evidence. With additional specialty support, we hope to expand our ability to perform clinical trials at our facility, further train and support our VTS aspiring LVTs, and continuously improve our in-hospital protocols.
