Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. This position may be full-time or part-time and offers flexibility in scheduling and caseload. The ideal candidate is committed to practicing high-quality medicine, building meaningful client relationships, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills, adaptability, professionalism, and a dedication to continued learning are essential. New graduates are encouraged to apply. We provide structured mentorship with direct support from experienced veterinarians, including real-time guidance in medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and case management. Onboarding and mentorship are tailored to each individual's experience level and professional goals. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Less than 2 years of experience: Base salary starting at $130,000 annually with additional tuition repayment support 2+ years of experience: Base starting at $150,000 annually. Negotiable.
