AAHA-accredited private practice in Woodinville seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian interested in high-quality general medicine and surgery, strong technical support, protected surgical time, and a structured schedule with no after-hours or emergency responsibilities.

We are working with a fantastic small animal hospital in Woodinville, Washington, who are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their established private practice on a part-time or full-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, strong surgical involvement, and a structured schedule without after-hours demands. The practice has served the community since 1990 and transitioned to current DVM ownership four years ago. The hospital is AAHA accredited and maintains those gold standards of medicine in daily operations. The team includes four full-time veterinarians, additional two part-time DVM support, and approximately 21 total staff members. The caseload supports comprehensive general practice medicine with consistent dentistry and soft tissue surgery, including mass removals, splenectomies, gastrotomies, enterotomies, and resection and anastomosis. The facility is equipped with digital radiography, dental radiographs, ultrasound, in-house CBC and chemistry analyzers, urinalysis, cytology capabilities, and an automated slide imaging system with pathologist upload functionality. Each doctor is supported by at least one dedicated assistant during appointments, with additional technical support available. Surgical days are staffed with three to four support team members, including at least one licensed veterinary technician. The schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts for full-time associates, with a two-hour protected lunch break built into each day. Surgery is typically scheduled one day per week. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday and closes at 6:00 PM. There is no on-call and no after-hours emergency responsibility.Key Highlights:
