Job Description

Heat Treat Processor- 2nd shift- Grenada Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation United States, Mississippi, Grenada 2817 American Way (Show on map) May 08, 2026 The Heat Treat Processor will ensure the correct products are being processed through build up and break down and that production goals are met, complete all associated paperwork, and will assist the production areas in various tasks including sorting, counting, 5S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, cleaning equipment, and other assignments. May serve as a backup to other positions at the direction of management; other duties as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities - Build Up Distribute blades and cassettes to and from build up personnel
Communicate with scheduler / Ipsen tech to ensure correct blades are available
Track daily production on shift report
Perform work per work instructions and area metrics
Keep work area clean and organized
Inform proper personnel of material shortage
Train others in area
Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
Practice 5Ss Duties and Responsibilities - Break Down Pull samples from each load per sampling plan, document, and deliver to quality lab
Track daily production via weigh scale and fill out load and shift reports
Distribute materials to and from breakdown personnel
Perform work per work instructions and area metrics
Keep work area clean and organized
Inform proper personnel of material shortage
Train others in area
Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
Practice 5Ss Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Basic math skills
Work well with others Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
