Heat Treater Helper Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Heat Treater Helper to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will assist in preparing screws and bolts for the heat treatment process, ensuring proper placement and handling for optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

Transfer screws between manufacturing and heat treat areas Load and arrange bolts (12-18 inches) on metal racks Maintain productivity while standing for extended hours Follow safety and production guidelines

Requirements:

Experience in general labor or production environments Ability to handle physical tasks and work on your feet Strong attendance and reliability record

Preferred Skills:

BG in construction, packaging, or related fields Knowledge of basic safety practices This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow in a hands-on manufacturing role Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
