Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Job Summary; We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities; Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, mini-split equipment, and water heaters. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and preventative annual maintenances to ensure peak performance. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using tools like ohmmeters and refrigerant gauges repair or replace faulty components as needed. Conduct field service visits for property maintenance projects involving heating and cooling equipment repair, or HVAC system upgrades. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements. Operate and drive company vehicle safely for transportation between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong background in environments. Knowledge of refrigeration systems including refrigeration and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration). Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in schematics reading, HVAC design principles, hydronic systems, and equipment repair. Hands-on experience with field service operations involving appliance repair, property maintenance, boiler systems, and pipe joining techniques. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse settings; excellent problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Certifications related to HVAC systems. Basic understanding of electrical components and the use of testing tools like ohmmeters is required. Pay:

$50.00 - $100.00 per hour
